JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (June 6, 2020) – On June 6, 2020, the acquisition of Phase Integration was announced by its new parent company: The Suddath Companies, a global relocation management and logistics company.
Phase Integration’s expertise in commercial technology planning compliments Suddath’s commercial moving sector. The deal solidifies the union between three Jacksonville-based companies after Suddath acquired Perdue, North Florida’s premier Steelcase dealer, in January of 2019. Together, these companies deliver comprehensive workplace design, furniture, and technology solutions to the North Florida marketplace.
This union gives customers a streamlined approach to commercial technology, office furniture and design, and commercial moving solutions. Suddath’s 100-year history in relocation management, first established in 1919, opens the door to an array of premium services to support companies from small businesses to Fortune 500 corporations.
Phase Integration will continue to provide commercial technology solutions to its existing clients and will operate as part of Suddath’s national project management business to support customers with commercial technology needs across the country. Phase Integration will integrate into Suddath’s Perdue locations in Jacksonville and Tallahassee.
