ACR – 5100 Acendo Core: Meeting Space Collaboration System

Delivering a flawless start to any meeting, Acendo Core enables one‐click Skype for Business
meeting launch, document sharing, web browsing, room scheduling, and more, directly from
the meeting space touch display or keyboard and mouse.

As the number of small meeting spaces grows it becomes more and more critical to outfit
spaces with technology that is multi‐purpose, is easy to install, works the way the user would
expect, and offers a very low total cost of ownership through minimal to no maintenance.
Acendo Core fits this growing trend perfectly and can be used in open huddle spaces with only
an LCD as well as larger conference rooms with a variety of complementary technology.

ACV – 2100 Acendo Vibe: Conferencing Soundbar

Acendo Vibe utilizes HARMAN’s audio expertise with integrated JBL speakers, far‐field
microphones, and DSP algorithms ensure everyone in the room hears and is heard clearly.
Bluetooth connectivity allows for wireless sharing of content. Additionally, dedicated audio
inputs and outputs that can be used to integrate Acendo Vibe with other room technology,
such as hearing‐enhanced systems.

The Acendo Vibe 2100 conferencing sound bar is ideal for corporate meeting spaces that
require audio‐only conferencing, or integrate an external USB camera. For a more complete
solution HARMAN’s Acendo Vibe 5100 has an integrated camera, HDMI connectivity, and CEC
display control.

ACV – 5100 Acendo Vibe: Conferencing Soundbar With Camera

With Acendo Vibe’s wide angle camera, integrated JBL speakers, far‐field microphones, and DSP
algorithms users can be sure everyone in the room is seen and heard clearly. Additionally,
because the camera and microphones are integrated into the same device the potential for
echoing during the call is eliminated.
HDMI, USB and Bluetooth connectivity support BYOD environments as well as integration with
Acendo Core for an even more intuitive room collaboration solution. CEC screen control turns
the display on and off in response to triggers. Dedicated audio inputs and outputs that can also
be used to integrate Acendo Vibe with other room technology, such as hearing‐enhanced
systems.

With the trend toward open working environments, small meeting spaces are becoming more
and more important. It is critical that these spaces be well suited for quick, extremely intuitive
collaboration, so as not to interrupt the daily work flow. Bringing your own Device into meeting

ACB 2107  7″ Acendo Book: Scheduling Touch Panel

The Acendo Book 7” Touch Panel is a standalone scheduling panel that integrates
directly with popular room scheduling software like Microsoft Exchange, Office 365,
and Google Calendar without additional system hardware requirements. The user
interface background color and built-in room availability bars change between red
and green to show room availability so users can easily locate and book an
available room directly from the panel and, if that room is currently booked, users
can quickly locate the nearest available room or the next available time with ease.

Ideal for small/medium businesses wishing to optimize room utilization by implementing facility-wide room
scheduling on a budget.
