Job Description

Summary

Facilitates communication and orchestrates services working directly with sales,
operations and customers throughout commercial technology planning and implementation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receive, review, enter and confirm project and service requests
  • Follow administrative process for customer set up and credit approval.
  • Coordinate with sales and billing departments to properly setup projects for billing purposes.
  • Establish certificates of insurance
  • Coordinate walkthroughs & site visits
  • Coordinate with sales, project management, operations and customers
  • planning calls to review scope, develop schedule, communicate project requirements and client expectations
  • Thoroughly communicate with all parties, including third party vendors, throughout the entire project.
  • Track timelines and document progress relative to established benchmarks
  • Document scope changes and oversee change order management process.
  • Collect and consolidate costs and manage the close out process

Qualifications

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university is preferred
  • Two to five years of progressive customer service
  • Experiencing coordinating commercial technology services is preferred
  • OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Ability

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional  journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Reasoning Ability

  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have strong knowledge of MS Office Suite
